In the morning our brain is at the least distraction. According to the studies, in the morning the thoughts in our brain use to be very less. This means we can easily focus our mind on a specific thing.
In the peaceful hours of the early morning, our pre-frontal cortex is temporarily shut-down. Our pre-frontal cortex is that of our brain, which makes you think more and more about a thing, and sometimes it makes you worry.
It is also seen that in this golden hour of our day the level of Dopamine and Serotonin increases in our brain, Dopamine helps us in creating new interest and focusing more on a specific thing. While serotonin helps you to keep in peace.
Our elders give us the advice to do studies in the early hours of the day because they have experienced peace in the morning.
You have to find a balance between all your four "interior empires" if you want a happy and successful life. Now, what are these interior empires? these are your MINDSET, HEALTH-SET, HEART-SET, and SOUL-SET.
Everybody knows about a good mindset and its benefits. But a few focus on the other three interior empires. which are equally valuable.
Mind-set, it refers to our thoughts process and our beliefs which decide our actions. If we think positive our actions become positive and this makes our life happy and fortunate.
Health-set, it refers to our physical health, You know, a healthy mind lives in a healthy body, Physical exercise releases the stress, which reduces cortisol hormone in pour body, high amount of this hormone is responsible for mood swings, which shows anxiety, or depression. It also suppresses our sleep, high blood sugar, and deprive the production of testosterone in our body.
When we do exercise our blood flow becomes proper and the release of sweat our body acquires adequate temperature.
Heart-set, Our emotional health matters a lot to us. It helps us in dealing with the day to day situations and helps us in taking bold actions. Many odd and stressful situations we face frequently need strong emotional health.
Soul-set, In the race of acquiring materialistic things we are moving away from our inner self, the self which is most important for us. Spirituality is to connect to our inner-self. If you want to understand someone first you have to understand yourself. Know yourself, Introspect. In the early hours, the golden hours are the best to connect and yourself.
THE 20/20/20 RULE
Now people will ask, "okay I will wake up at 5 AM but then what I will do?" Here comes the 20/20/20 rule.
This rule is simple to break your one hour of the early morning into three parts of 20-20 minutes and then follow this.
Wake up at 5AM, Remind your god or guru, First 20 minutes of your day will be given to physical exercise. Do static, dynamic, heavy-lifting, or yoga. Let your sweat comes out and enjoys your exercise. Let your body get relaxed.
Next 20 minutes, do meditation, connect your body and mind with the omnipresent energy. Connect yourself with this energy and tune yourself with the energy of this universe.
Last 20 minutes, Read some good and knowledgable stuff, Preferably spiritual books, or self-improvement books. Learn them and try to apply them to your life.
Your one hour is over with the most productive tasks and the results of your day. Later in the whole day, you will feel the positivity and happiness on your face. When we achieve something we feel satisfied and Productive. This will be the feeling throughout your day.
